Welcome to MMTB/MMTB Independent Films (the “App”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our streaming application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least [13/18] years old to create an account.
  • Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering.

2. Subscriptions and Payments
  • Billing: Access to certain content requires a paid subscription. Billing occurs on a recurring basis (monthly/annually) unless canceled.
  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by local law.

3. Intellectual Property and License
  • Limited License: We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and stream content strictly for personal, non-commercial use.
  • Restrictions: You may not copy, record, download (except via authorized offline features), modify, distribute, or publicly perform any content from the App.
  • Our Rights: All branding, software, design, and content are the exclusive property of MMTB or its licensors.

4. Prohibited Conduct
When using our App, you agree not to:
  • Circumvent or bypass any content protection or geographical restrictions (VPN blocking).
  • Share your account credentials with individuals outside your household.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the platform.

5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms, infringe on intellectual property, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
  • “As Is” Basis: The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
  • Interruptions: We do not guarantee that streaming will be uninterrupted, secure, or completely free of errors.
  • Liability Cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.
